Message from the Owner, Cris Keeter:
The COVID-19 pandemic has impacted the global community at large and our goal is to take all actions needed to protect the health and well-being of our team, our families and our customers.
The State of Kansas clarified that services such as Remodel/Repair Construction are necessary to maintain the safety and essential operations of residences and businesses. As a critical infrastructure service, All States Home Improvements professionally trained team will be performing home improvement services to help protect you, your family and the community.
We are following all the recommendations of the WHO and the CDC. In addition to their recommendations of washing hands, not touching our faces, and managing our coughs and sneezes, the best way to stop the spread of a virus is to operate with an abundance of caution. We have instructed any employee to stay home immediately if they feel sick or have been around someone who is or may be sick.
All States Home Improvement has implemented the following actions to limit the disruption to our customers while ensuring the safety of all.
Project Consultants
We are working with our Project Consultants to ensure that they are conducting business with their customers with as much care as possible, while maintaining the necessary interaction with them. To support their ability to safely continue with their responsibilities, we have implemented the following safety guidelines.
- We are instructing our Project Consulting team to continue to conduct running appointments while practicing social distancing guidelines that have been prescribed by the CDC.
- We are asking them to use hand sanitizer or wash hands before and after each sales appointment.
- We are asking them to explain and refrain from shaking hands.
Office Staff
- We are instructing our office staff to practice social distancing guidelines that have been prescribed by the CDC.
- We are asking them to use hand sanitizer or wash hands often during the day.
- We are asking them to refrain from shaking hands.
- We are asking them to wipe down their work areas with disinfectant wipes daily.
Install Team
- We are instructing our Install team to continue to conduct installations while practicing social distancing guidelines that have been prescribed by the CDC.
- We are asking them to use hand sanitizer or wash hands often during the day.
- We are asking them to explain and refrain from shaking hands.
While we are hopeful things will return to normal in the coming weeks or months, we will continue to monitor this rapidly evolving situation. All States Home Improvement will continue to follow the guidelines presented by the national, state, and local governments as well as the medical community. We encourage everyone to follow these guidelines to ensure the safety of you and our customers.
Thank you in advance for your understanding and your continued support of our efforts as we work through this difficult time.
Respectfully,
Cris Keeter
